After searching for a city to host our fraternity’s regional conference we chose Tupelo, MS. This was the first time our conference had been hosted in Northeast Mississippi and it won’t be the last. The city of Tupelo was the perfect place from conference space to local shops to the excellent food we were well pleased. The Tupelo Visitor’s Bureau did an outstanding job of helping us coordinate hotels, venues, meetings with local government and entertainment. The hospitality shown by everyone was second to none. We had all the conveniences of a big city with a down home feel. Tupelo is definitely the place to go!

We offer canvas welcome bags for use at your registration. These are only available to meetings and conferences staying overnight.

Do you have meeting facilities with hotel properties on site?
Yes, the Cadence Bank Conference Center is located in the heart of downtown Tupelo and adjacent to both the Hilton Garden Inn and Cadence Bank Arena. The newly expanded Conference Center offers 12,000 square feet of new meeting space, a connector between the Arena and Conference Center, a VIP hospitality area with a bar, and renovations to the existing Conference Center space. The Conference Center is a perfect location for conventions, business meetings, weddings, and other social functions. We also have a large number of hotels that can accommodate small meetings on-site.
