Pretty, traditionally Spanish built villa with tourist rental license, only 15 minutes walk from the beach and the town of Calpe.

Very quiet location with private garden and pool.
The villa is divided into 3 separate, fully equipped flats, each with its own entrance. It has a very large garden with many fruit trees and an 8x4m private pool with a shower. The flats have been approved for year round rental, in the peak tourist months of July and August over €1000 per week per flat is achieved.
A total of 6 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens (with gas hob and electric oven), outdoor utility room, 3 open-plan living/dining rooms and a large balcony. Outdoor storage rooms.
It is a cool, tranquil villa built in the traditional Spanish style. The ground floor flat has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The top floor flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large balcony. The third flat is a separate building from the main house known as the casita (small house). It has one bedroom and a shower room. It is suitable for both holiday rentals and guest accommodation.
Both the main house and the small house have very large windows and a south-facing orientation that receives maximum natural light all year round. The main house is cooled in the summer with energy saving LG air conditioning units installed three years ago and is also heated in the winter months, the separate small house is cooled in the summer with air conditioning units which are heated in the winter. In the winter months, in addition to the air conditioning/heating, there are four traditional stone fireplaces, one with solid fuel, two with gas fireplaces and one with an electric fireplace, all of which are in good condition. The gas fires are heated with bottled butane gas. The water is heated by energy-saving Junkers boilers, which have been installed in the last three years. There is partial double glazing installed. The property has a septic tank.
The villa is situated on a quiet, rural plot in flat terrain and is only a 20 minute walk from the town and the beach. It has a marvelous view of the mountains and is surrounded by beautiful trees. From here you have a great view of the Penon de Ifach (rock of Calpe) and a small view of the sea. It has a well-kept garden with various trees and shrubs and an 8 x 4 meter swimming pool with summer and winter cover. There are various seating areas for relaxing and a barbecue/paella area. In addition to the private pool, there is a large communal pool which is just a minute`s walk from the villa and can only be used by the residents and their guests.
The garden and pool area are fenced and safe for pets. There are many different fruit trees (almond, orange, plum, olive, grape, lemon, lime, grapefruit, pomegranate and fig trees) and well maintained cultivated areas. There is ample off-street parking for two cars.

Good 5G signals on Vodafone and Movistar. The property is approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach and 50 minutes from Alicante airport.
