Good Stay in Bryce

My wife and I recently stayed one night at the Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn, which is conveniently located just outside the main gate of Bryce National Park. The hotel is quite a large complex with a bunch of different buildings making up the complex. We were able to find our room pretty easily, however, if you have a lot of stuff and wind up on the second floor of the building as we did, prepare yourself to carry things up a flight of stairs to get to your room. The room itself was fine and included a microwave and a fridge. I would stay here again should I return to visit Bryce National Park.

Diamond select member-rate was wrong at check in; no upgrade, but did change my room after I requested it; tile in bathroom, cracked and missing grout (room 7008); have to request laundry bag and writing paper - told isn't in room unless you request; breakfast not included; talked with manager about multiple problems from check in and including check out!
Great location but this hotel is not up to Plus standards.

Nice. A Little Pricey.

It was a nice treat to stay in a finer hotel on our trip. All the rest of the places we stayed were definitely not as nice as this. And not as expensive.
Lots of nice little touches. Clean.
No shaded parking. It's like a whole little city this complex. The restaurant is what you would expect-not great, not bad. Nice hot tub and swimming pool.
Oh, and the proximity to Bryce Canyon Park is GREAT.
