Happy to share that our first SDG Barometer 2024 results have been included in the 8th National SDG Report by the Dutch government, and were sent to Parliament (Tweede Kamer) yesterday. You can find the full report here: https://lnkd.in/eWxtMfaDThe 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a voluntary international political commitment to tackle the greatest challenges of our time. Every year, the Dutch government invites the various sectors in society to reflect together in the National SDG Report on where the Netherlands stands. This is the third year in a row we have been able to contribute to the National SDG Report, in cooperation with Linda van Beek from VNO-NCW.The SDG Barometer research results are open access and freely shared with the public via reports and this interactive dashboard: https://lnkd.in/eFsjNp6GCentre for Economic Transformation (CET), Amsterdam School of International Business, TIAS School for Business and Society, Maastricht University, Carolyn O'Rourke, Mirjam Minderman, Filip Caeldries, Adriana Seclaman, Hermina Kooyman, Dr Benito Giordano, Lori DiVito, PhD

It was an amazing experience to meet so many like-minded and passionate educators, researchers, and "make-it-happen entrepreneurs” last week at the 10th Responsible Management Education Research (#RMER) conference in Lisbon, Portugal.Together with Mirjam Minderman, I presented our Dutch SDG Barometer initiative. We gave the ‘world premiere’ 😉 of the SDG Barometer Dashboard (under development): an interactive online tool through which we will provide open access to our data about how Dutch organisations are aware of, adopt and implement the Sustainable Development Goals into their strategies. We also showcased the ways we are integrating the results and insights from the SDG Barometer into our education at Amsterdam School of International Business and TIAS School for Business and Society in order to increase knowledge about the SDGs amongst our international business students.Big thanks to all the wonderful colleagues involved at Amsterdam School of International Business:Carolyn O'Rourke, Sara Lone , Lori DiVito, PhD, David Kakanis, Damini Nieswaag, Jesse Weltevreden, Iris Veldhuis, Francis Cram, Gaile Potapenkiene (Paukstaite)Full report still available here:http://bit.ly/3H46pF2#AMSIB#AUAS #SDGs#SDGBarometer #RMERConference #PRME

Yes! Het is een gezamenlijk onderzoeksinitiatief van Amsterdam School of International Business, TIAS School for Business and Society and Maastricht School of Management. Milestone! After working on the project for 1,5+ years,Mirjam Minderman(TIAS School for Business and Society) and I (Amsterdam School of International Business) presented the first results of the first Dutch SDG Barometer 2022 at the PRME Chapter France-Benelux Annual Chapter Meeting atRotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. There is room for optimism: companies, non-profits, governmental- and educational institutions have more engagement with sustainability and the SDGs then 2 years ago. Initiatives are becoming better embedded in organizations under the responsibility of senior management.But... halfway the timeline, NL is not on track yet to reach the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Stay tuned for our full report!Big thanks to the rest of the Dutch SDG Barometer team:Carolyn O'Rourke(AMSIB),Filip Caeldries(TIAS),Adriana Seclaman(Maastricht School of Management).
